Very dirty parking lot, no space for underground parking, air conditioner wasn’t working, room key card doesn’t work properly, had to go down to reception again and again. Finally changed my room then all night water dripping/running noise from bathroom. Couldn’t get proper sleep had to leave the property before 8am. Do not recommend

I couldn't believe the price, others in Ft Mac are so much more expensive and this place was amazing. Very large room, the king size bed was real comfortable. Small kitchenette, ice machine just down the hall. The bathroom was spotless and the tub was massive and held the heat unlike any other bath I've ever had. And it wasn't a continental breakfast, it was a full breakfast that would cost you $20 at a restaurant. I would highly recommended Prime Hotel to anyone staying in Fort McMurray.

Hotel gave away my prebooked room and then were very unprofessional. Inwork nights nad evey day was woken by the cleaning staff talimg on there speaker phone yeliing in hallways even after being asked amd reminded that i work nightshift. Do not bother wasting yoir monry worst hotel in ft McMurray

OK for a couple of nights. I did not like not having no exterior window. The hotel was quiet and had good access to a river walk. I feel the staff irritation about people not removing their muddy boots; the carpet was full of mud clumps! I had a bachelors suite which was well kitted out.

We pulled up to the front of the hotel. No front entrance. It looked closed. I called the number on the sign. Number no available. Googled Prime Hotel. Number not available. Called from my husbands phone. Told the lady we couldn't find the front door. Explained exactly where we were. She sent us the opposite direction. Front desk person had no idea where her hotel was located or where the front door is. When we drove around the block and found it ourselves. when we asked where to park, so sent us 1 block away. needed toilet paper, ice bucket etc. Would not bring to room. We had to go down to the lobby to get everything. Long story short. Don't ask the staff for directions to the hotel, check for toilet paper before you do your business.

The Air conditioning is not turned on so the room is extremely uncomfortable and hot. Opening up the window cools the room slightly but not enough to be comfortable and the noise from the nearby road is pretty loud. The room is overall pretty nice. The walls in the hallway are all patched up at the moment. Not much of a complaint there just that it adds to the rundown tired look of the building.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a great hot breakfast. The room was huge and a bit dated. It showed some wear and tear but was super clean and comfortable. It was a bit loud being on the highway side of the hotel.
