"Loved staying at this condo. It's very clean, has plenty of space and provide everything we needed. The host was very nice and always responded quickly. I also loved the big shower/bath tub in the master bathroom."

The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. Our family of 4 had to buy 2 beach towels and wash towels every other day. The kitchen was sparse, no kitchen towels or even hot pads so cooking was a struggle. The place was...

"Really enjoyed this property. Check in was easy and access to the community was also simple. Unit was clean and comfortable. Overlooks a lake with an alligator and a nice view of sea world. I would stay here again without a doubt."

Gary was an excellent communicator, making check-in and check-out as smooth as possible. He even took care of ordering and having a stroller delivered for the week. The kids loved the convenience of the pool and arcade right next door. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!"

"The unit’s description is accurate as are the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. A couple of things you can’t tell from the pictures that would be nice to know is only the primary bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The other 2 bedrooms do not. They request you not turn the AC below 72, so if you have hot sleepers in your group, this might be something to consider. This unit fit our needs for a long weekend stay."

"We couldn't have been happier with this property! Location was just two minutes from the convention center, so back and forth over both days was super quick. The property itself was SUPER quiet, we rarely saw other people. Parking was never an issue. Bed was more comfortable that mine at home. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room."

"The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind."

"We received from the bellboy the wrong information about the shuttle time and the logistic on how to get to our terminal. We had to wait almos 45 minutes for a shuttle. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Also he told us that someone was going to call us early to wake us up but nobody did it. Our flight was very early. Please make sure all the employees have the right information for guests. Thanks "
