Stayed the night before getting the shuttle to France. Room was very clean and tidy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Price of the room was great considering you're right next to the sea. Would definitely recommend if you're planning on staying in Folkestone.

The room was just lovely, facing the sea, huge bed, really clean and well presented. My special thanks goes to the Housekeeping Team for the balloons and “birthday cake” (complete with candles) on the bed, so above and beyond, with care & detail. Also to the Front Desk Supervisor for her help and support - it really does not go unnoticed. Thank you

Decided to stay here again after we got back from France as we didn't want a long drive back home. Everything I said in my last review still remains the same. Clean room and helpful/friendly staff. This time we got a room with a bit of a sea view which is great considering the low price we paid for the room. Would definitely recommend.
