The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. Ive stayed here 3 times the only bad experience was my second time staying there and the front staff late night was not helpful. Its like he didnt care how i got in my room that i was locked out of unexpectedly. So they placed me in an tiny room for the night which was crazy cause i didn't pay for a bigger room where all my luggage was in to be place in a dorm room without my belongings cause i had to wait for early morning housekeeping.
