The room was deplorable. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. The chairs were dirty. Thier were stains on the bed covering. We would like a refund, we were there for one (1) hour. We reported it to the front office they came to check the room, they offered a different room, there stains on the Funiture. We left in disgust. Please help

The rooms were filthy, smelled, sheets had holes, comforter had cigarette burns, floors were dirty, bathroom was nasty, we didn’t dare eat the free breakfast, no telling how dirty the kitchen is since the public doesn't see.

Rooms are run down, mattresses are wore out and not very clean. Also they tack on a bunch of charges after you pay up front for your stay then tell you you’ll get the money back in 3-5 business days. Guess cost of rooms not enough they need those few days of interest on your money. Not a pleasant experience
