"I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. "My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit...

"We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

"We enjoyed the property and while it’s a very small unit, it’s all we needed for the two of us. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Pools looked amazing, but we chose to spend our time with our toes in the sand. We cooked in the kitchen all meals but 2 and enjoyed both eating in and out. Logan recommended several dining locations and seafood market and they were excellent. Thankful for this last week."

"The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. "

"This is an awesome little space. You can Is see the ocean from the little front porch. And its a 40 second walk to the water. It had everything we needed. Will definately be staying here again. Oh, there is a convience store right next door."

"We never could get the TV to work. Good thing there was a DVD player and we brought a couple of our toddler’s favorite dvd’s. Before you leave you have to strip your bed and bring all your towels and wash clothes down to the laundry room. It’s a pretty good walk to a beach which was barracuda beach. It was actually a private beach but after 5pm there’s no one there to enforce it. Other than that we drove to pompano Joe’s public access beach like 2.5 miles away. You’re RIGHT up your neighbors...

"Loved the private boardwalk beach access, all the provided beach amenities-wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, and access to the 2 pools. Excellent communication with host! Very nice studio for 2 to stay at in the Grayton Beach/Blue Mountain Beach area. Perfect kitchen and bathroom amenities, they have everything you need! The only thing I would suggest is to add a wardrobe closet. We had a wonderful time!"

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
