Excellent location, across the street from a nice shopping mall and walkable distance from downtown and many dining options. Easy location for ride-pick-up. Friendly staff and outstanding breakfast buffet. Room was a bit small but overall clean and comfortable.

Night club hotel

Don't stay here unless you don't want to sleep. the "bar" directly across the street is acutally a night club that thumps until 2AM every night!

Very bad experince!

Considering the cost of the hotel from BRL devaluated currency and the high score from the guests I was very disappointed. The rooms are clean and not bad, but windows does not have the double glass, and all noise coming from the bars in front come straight to the rooms, specially the front ones. I decided leave the hotel in my second night to sleep in another property, Majestic Horel, almost in front and much better. The service to clean the room also took so long, even spending the whole day away the service come only around 4 pm, time when I was already planned to leave. The swimming pool, front picture in the web for Hotels.com is ridiculous small. A good point is in front of a nice mall with good restaurant options and walking distance to the Hercílo Luz Bridge. I do not recomend , I am afraid where the good rates come from.

Hotel incrível! Excelente localização, ao lado do shopping. Quartos em ótimas condições, novo e bem equipado com espelhos, chaleira, mesa de apoio, suporte para bagagem, cabides, cofre e etc. bem decorado também. O café da manhã é bem variado e possui opções mais saudáveis. Fica no mesmo local onde funciona o restaurante que é muito bom. Possui uma ótima academia para um hotel e um terraço muito agradável com piscina. Se eu retornar a Florianópolis, certamente ficarei lá novamente. Tudo que solicitei tive respostas positivas.
