Everything was great. Unfortunately the elevator was broken but they gave us a credit of $25 a night off our room for the inconvenience. The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was awsome.

The room was very nice. The property well maintained in back of the McDonald’s. The pool and the workout room were OK. Two things that would’ve helped would be a fan in the bathroom. And the carpet would get wet from the air conditioner. I assume it was the condensation. We did not figure out the carpet while we were there because we didn’t stay in the room except for sleeping.

Decided to stay here cause it was getting late. Glad we found CI here. Great decision. . Spacious room-#101. Bath was large, clean, bright and way nicer than similarly priced hotels. Nice towels. Dog fee was only $25. AC was great. B’fast included waffle makers, precooked cheese omelette, sausage Pattie’s, biscuits/gravy. Chobani yogurt (no gluten) & another that was GF. Will definitely stay here on our next drive on I-64 west. Don’t know why some have rated it low.

The staff was really nice and helpful. However, one of the beds was broken. The previous guest's food was still in our fridge, and the whole hotel smelled very strongly of mildew. The bathrooms and the pool area were very clean and nice. The arcade had several out of order games and the change machine did not work. It was comfortable just not maintained very well.

This is an average budget hotel. The elevator was broken and that was unfortunate. The breakfast area was very crowded and hot. The rooms were fine and clean, nothing fancy. All in all a good deal for the money.

Clean room and facility. Good temperature control. No smoke smell. The breakfast was good, though crowded and out of stock of several items. Convenient access to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. Our particular room had a bathroom with no fan or other ventilation, and a sign that said the door must be kept closed to prevent a fire. I don't know if other rooms were similar. A bathroom should have a fan or other ventilation system.

The distance from Holiday World was great. They kept breakfast open later than scheduled due to the amount of travelers. My only complaint was the older children running and screaming in the hallways at midnight. More so of a parent problem.
