Stayed for one night after a flight was cancelled. Very well located in central old town. Beautifully decorated and super helpful staff. Below is a Michelin starred restaurant - if I ever come back to Faro I’m definitely staying here again and trying out the food downstairs!

Very beautiful 17th century building. The interiors are modernized and well maintained. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and even got us checked in a few hrs hourly since the room was ready. The location is great and the room was beautiful

Great quiet location in Faro and very accessible. We stayed in late March—despite some rain, it was a pleasant stay. Spotlessly clean with daily room service. Staff were very helpful and responsive, especially at check-in and when we requested extra pillows. Room layout was a bit tight around the bed and wardrobe, and WiFi/TV signal could be unreliable. Overall, great value for money—clean, comfortable, good location, and pleasant décor. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing. Close to everywhere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was bright, airy and clean. Small mould on bathroom ceiling, could be removed with vinegar, bathroom window difficult to open (hence the mold I guess). TV needed tuning, and the cable connection was a bit flaky. Great value, as again the location was just perfect! :)
