Great location, as it is in walking distance from the old town shops and restaurants! The room was small, but definitely manageable. The bathrooms were definitely big though. Clean rooms, beds well done, AC was great and strong!

Stayed for one night after a flight was cancelled. Very well located in central old town. Beautifully decorated and super helpful staff. Below is a Michelin starred restaurant - if I ever come back to Faro I’m definitely staying here again and trying out the food downstairs!

The location was good for a quick stay, and the person at the front desk was very kind and helpful upon arrival. The room itself was spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was extremely loud, and the walls were quite thin -I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. Another concern was the mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower, which I noticed while showering in the morning.

Very beautiful 17th century building. The interiors are modernized and well maintained. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and even got us checked in a few hrs hourly since the room was ready. The location is great and the room was beautiful

Ours was only a flying one-night visit, but we thought this hotel was lovely - a very warm welcome and a beautiful, comfortable room in a great location, all for an excellent price.

The perfect place to stay for the night when we landed in Portugal. Check in was easy. The room clean and comfortable and the staff kind and helpful. Some nice restaurants and cafés within a couple of minutes walk. Had a fab dinner at Taverna o Tasca in the square just round the corner

Compared to the negative reviews i read. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only issues were the shower was not draining well and the flies bugs in the kitchen which was unsightly. However beds and rooms clean and immaculate. quiet and peaceful otherwise. Next to a Michelin star restaurant which we realized afterwards. Better than expected overall experience.

The location was good. The listing says " family friendly, a frig and microwave in every room." Not the case at all. The front desk staff were rude. We asked if the maid comes daily, and they said "yes." After 3 days with no maid, they said that you need to put the sign on the door even though we had asked for clean towels and a room clean the day before. When we asked for clean towel, we were told that we could rent a towel.

Great quiet location in Faro and very accessible. We stayed in late March—despite some rain, it was a pleasant stay. Spotlessly clean with daily room service. Staff were very helpful and responsive, especially at check-in and when we requested extra pillows. Room layout was a bit tight around the bed and wardrobe, and WiFi/TV signal could be unreliable. Overall, great value for money—clean, comfortable, good location, and pleasant décor. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing. Close to everywhere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was bright, airy and clean. Small mould on bathroom ceiling, could be removed with vinegar, bathroom window difficult to open (hence the mold I guess). TV needed tuning, and the cable connection was a bit flaky. Great value, as again the location was just perfect! :)
