Staff that attended was very nice however, it required a couple calls and long wait for front desk to pick up. Breakfast was nice, however they did run out of many items due to the number of guests- hotel should have been mindful of same knowing how full they were. "The hotel smelled good and the room was clean and comfortable. The 4th floor elevator button worked sometimes. We had to walked down to the 3rd floor to get on the elevator several times. The pool was out of commission."
