Most Clean Comfortable & Hospitality Place to Stay
This place was the Best ever. I cant express how much My husband and I along with our dag enjoyed our stay. The motel was very clean, comfortable and the hospitality was so Great. The host was more than accomidating to us. He even let us use his BBQ which was Awesome.The bed was so comfortable that I asked the owner where he bought it because My husband and I are going to purchus one. Definitely a gem of a Place to stay if you are visiting the Burney falls area. We plan on coming back with all of our family and this is where we are going to stay.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet, clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The room was small, which did not have a microwave or refrigerator, but it was good for a one person. I would definitely stay here again, but would stay in a studio or suite next time.

This is is a quaint little place! I love love it! Very clean… and well maintained. Also comfortable!!! They have tempurpedic mattress ♥️♥️♥️. Highly highly recommended!

Rooms were uniquely decorated, and clean. Bed was comfortable. Biggest drawback was the rooms were small - about 10’x16’, including the bath/shower area. Just enough room for the queen bed and a small space on each side of the bed.

Clean, warm, and very helpful staff
My friend and I were on a road trip, so only stayed a night. We were pleasantly surprised that they squeezed a fold-out couch into the room. The room was smallish, but very clean and orderly, with an outdoor seating area that we might have used if we stuck around longer. They had extra blankets and sheets for the fold-out couch under the bed (thanks!). And the guy at the front desk kindly found us a reading lamp and later helped us with technical issues with our overhead light (user error). The room might have been a bit cold for me, but there was a great electric fireplace that quickly heated up the space so well that we turned it off and slept comfortably through the night. I'm not used to the kind of mattress that they had, so it felt a bit weird? But no back pain in the morning, so I shouldn't complain! -- Thanks for a great night on the road. I would definitely stay again.

It was quite comfortable and pleasant. There was no ice machine available 😭 and it lacks adequate night stands. Bathroom was lacking counter space and Kleenex. Otherwise our stay was very nice. There was a carport attached with outdoor furniture for relaxing or smoking. Nice decor. Very clean and homey.

LOVE this place
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel rooms over the years, and this was by far one of my most favorite places to stay. It was very clean and super cozy. It definitely provides an at home comfortable feeling. The only things that were not my favorite were the size of the shower and the fact that they post the first and last names of everyone staying there along with the room numbers on the office door and window. 😳

Cute room.
Place was cute and cozy. There was no table in the room to eat at, the bathroom sink leaked every time you used it and the shower was so small you could barely turn around. The Wi-Fi was horrible and there was hardly any reception. This place is no where near any restaurants or places to see. Nice quiet place and the room was very modern and clean. Outside patio was nice.

The owners have done a wonderful job of renovating what looks like an old motor court. Lots of homey touches. Rooms are small but very charming.

I would like to give a review on our stay at the Mills Manor at Fall River Millz, Fall River, California on Friday, Aug. 5, 2023. This was the cutest manor I have every stayed in and we have been many places. They had so many upgrades at this wonderful place. Little carport and outdoor porch with couches, chairs & table for you. Room had everything you needed.. all the usual amenities plus a big fridge and fireplace. I don’t know what these units looked like before the renovation but they are very very nice now. Our room had everything we could use (though no microwave, but we didn’t need one). We have family in Burney and Fall River and if we come back this will be our first choice.
