"A very clean and comfortable property in a great location in Lawrenceville. Property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of street parking available close by. The property manager was very friendly and we enjoyed speaking with her. Would definitely rent this unit again! Note - there was a little confusion as to check-in time between our email instructions and the property manager's understanding. It did not impact our stay but wanted to mention for future. Thanks, enjoyed our visit!"

"The house is close to the stadium, so if you are in town for a game, it is in a great location. Now, the house, It is a very dated house that needs some updates. The sinks and bathtub drain very slowly, so there ends up being standing water in the butubs and sunk whenever used. The decor leaves much to be desired. "We rented it for thanksgiving and had a large group, the sleeping arrangements were good. The owner was very good about communication, check-in and other issues. The house is old, but with new kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is urban, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby."

House was about 15 minutes from the club and there was a small downtown area with coffeeshops (both were excellent (Queen Bean had more of a food selection) as well as diners, a brewery ,and restaurants. "We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. "My friends and I stayed here recently for a little girls weekend. The location was fantastic (love a corner house!). I’m a communicator so I made sure to notify the host that I got in okay. They were super quick to respond and also great communicators. The house was modern and clean. The game room in the basement was great for us gamers! Everyone was comfortable for the stay. Street parking can be a bit daunting in a city but there were always spots open. Bonus, a bathroom in every bedroom."

"We were in town for a football game (about 15 min drive) and had a great time at this property. There was plenty of space for all of us, and multiple bathrooms which was great. We had everything we needed, including designated parking. Host was very communicative and clear with check in and check out instructions. Would stay again! "
