More a 2* Travelodge like hotel than a 3*. The building itself in/out is in a poor condition and desperately needs some tlc/investment. Our room wasnt the best, dirty/mouldy in places.(Caulking /Shower), No emptying of trash/rubbish during our 4 night stay. Beds were however comfortable and the room was spacious for a family of 4. Windows were dirty inside and out, road noise would have kept us up if it wasn't for us being exhausted after busy days in New York. Now for the positives the staff were all friendly and welcoming, the free breakfast although basic was very welcome; again great staff. Free fast WiFi a and towels available for the pool which itself again needs investment. Location wise, good and felt a safe area with a few stores and restaurants. For getting around the 320 bus from opposite the hotel gets you quickly (25mins) and safely to/from New Work port authority bus station. Download the NJ Transit App & ensure you choose 3 Zones. American Dream Mall which is well worth a visit is via bus 85 takes literally 10 mins (2 Zones). Overall would we stay again? Maybe - Please put some investment into the place.. it's ideally located to explore New Jersey and New York. $45-70 from Newark International Airport on a Uber or Taxi. Honest and supportive review from a UK family.
