Even though we got the suite, which was a very nice size with fireplace Jacuzzi tub and king size bed, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the refrigerator did not work at all. The gym was well equipped. Also, the restaurant staff were were very lackadaisical. We ended up eating at a donor kabob within walking distance and had a lovely meal.

Checked in at 14:00 but towels arrived at 17:00. Spa staff refused the spa discount given by Hotels.com. I had to spent a lot of effort to convince them about given discount.

I booked a room for my family with two beds, but upon check-in, we were given a room with one bed and a sofa. When I brought this up with the staff, they acknowledged they had rooms with two beds but only gave us bed sheets for the sofa instead of moving us to the correct room. This was not what we had reserved, and it was frustrating to deal with. Our reservation also included breakfast, but I would not recommend anyone eat there. The breakfast was very disappointing – the bread was old, and the overall food quality was poor. Even though I had similar dishes in Istanbul during my trip, the breakfast at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was terrible as well, which made the experience even worse. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good, comfortable stay.

Temizlik dışında iyi

Giriş süreci hızlı, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, otoparkı var. Oda büyüklüğü iyi, yataklar iyi ama daha iyilerini gördüm. Tuvalet banyo iyi. Sessizlik güzel. Tek ve büyük bir sorun temizlik. Mesela bizim odamızda yatak ile komidin arası temizlenmemişti. 3 yaşında kızım "baba bu ne" diye gösterdi. bir önceki müşteriden kalan çerez gibi bir şeydi. Küçük bir şey elimle temizleyeyim dedim. Altında bir sürü karınca çıktı. Sonra ıslak mendillerle hallettim. Yatağı biraz ittirdiğimde yine eski müşteriden kalan şeker ambelajları vardı. Bu seviye bir yerde bunlar olmamalı.

Resepsiyon görevlileri nazikti. Oda yeni ve temiz di. Odanın konaklayan için eksik hazırlandığını düşünüyorum. Otel bilgi kartları, kâğıt kalem vb. eski ise değişmeli, konaklayana odanın temizlenmediğini düşündürüyor, lavaboda bulunan peçete bitmiş ama yenilenmemişti, duş jeli boştu, şampuan bitmeye yakındı, havlular ambalaj içerisinde bulunuyor ama ambalaj bir kaç yerden delikti, ayrıca delik olan havlu ıslanınca kötü bir koku ortaya çıktı, ufak ayrıntılar gibi görünsede, bu detaylar hijyen için var zaten, amacına hizmet etmiyorsa görüntü sadece. Odada 3 kişi kalacaksa, çocukta olsa bardak, su, havlu vb. 3 adet olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Genel olarak memnun kaldım ama ayrıntılar önemli..
