"This property is wonderful. A short 2-3 min walk to the private access beach . We went at the close of winter /early spring and the weather was still cold for beach. There were a few small aspects that can be improved 1. The towels provided were too small . 2. The cleaning supplies such as additional trash bags / Dish soap / Paper towels / Laundry Tabs / Bath tissues were very limited to non existent (Dishwasher detergent was available). I knew that there wasn't a firepit / hot-tub but...

The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10."
