"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. "This hotel is nestled in what feels like a residential area off of main roads. Tuk tuks can pull up to it, but the road is too narrrow for taxis or car pick up. The hotel is clean and modern. Only downsides are that the pool closes early at 8 pm. The pool isn't kid friendly and is a nice outdoor lap pool. The room service also forgot to give us towels the last night we were there and the front desk was unable to assist/get new towels for us. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay! Would rate 9/10...
