Villas in East Durham

"This house had enough space for all 16 of us, with a wonderful pool house and sauna that kept the 9 teens entertained and having fun together swimming and playing games. We were located so close to the mountain that two even walked home from the ski mountain one day. We all enjoyed walking into town. Plenty of parking for our 7 cars. We had a terrific ski vacation and only wished for better snow!!!"

"This review was initially going to be a lower rating (3), but the interactions with the host made up some of that difference. I do think overall this rental is a good value, but there are definitely some issues. I would rent this house again once they are fixed.The good. The listing allows dogs, includes quite a few beds, has plenty of space for post-slopes activities (board / card games, drinks, and meals), and has a hot tub. "Pratt Villa was a great place to stay for a long fall weekend with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, the backyard with the deck, hot tub, and fire pit was a big hit, and having several spaces large enough for everyone to sit was great. We’ll be back for another stay!"
