"Fabulous place - considering how big it is, it was kept immaculate. The staff is so friendly and always willing to accommodate. The pools are amazing - so big to the point where you never feel crowded. For being an all inclusive I was not sure how the food would be - but the buffets are GOOD!! My kids had the best time. I would return. "

"I thought I lost my dress when I used their laundry service and they took me so seriously I wrote a statement and everything and security came with me to my room to look for it luckily it was in my room and once they found it they wished me a good day and left. So happy they helped me look for it and took me seriously."

Its important to note that the service was maintained the entire time, no matter where we were. They truly go above and beyond with making you feel pampered and at home. We tried nearly all the dining options and walked out of each so impressed that we enjoyed the meals so much!! The pool area was excellent and beach was so beautiful and clean. The whole trip felt like a dream, and we can't wait to go back!! "
