Great little hideaway with a on site tiki bar and restaurant hotel guest have a separate pool from non guest the too We had was very large with a comfortable bed and water view staff were very friendly will stay here again

The pool area and Marker 8 was awesome and very beautiful! The location is excellent. Very close to downtown Dunedin and the Blue Jay stadium which provided us a lot to do. The part we did not like was the rooms were run down and we had issues w AC and so did the other two couples we were with. Summer in FL is no joke and not having AC or dripping units is unacceptable.

3 nights there. Very large room, sofa, table and chairs and full kitchen. Balcony overlooking the bay and the pool area of the Marker 8 tiki bar. The Marker 8 was an unexpected bonus. Huge area with bar, tables, music. Fun place. Location is excellent and near everything Dunedin has to offer.

Nice hotel. Seems more like a set of apartments that got converted into a hotel. Great pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were decent. Bed frame was very creaky but comfortable mattress. Air conditioning was powerful and easy to use. Shower was nice, though the water was either cold or very hot.

I believe in being perfectly honest with reviews. So first the good things about the property. It has a beautiful view right on the water! The bar downstairs is fun and great place to watch sunset! The room was clean, area safe and bed comfortable. Staff were nice at check in. Now the negative. We were given 2 thin bath towels and washcloths for a 5 night stay! No daily housekeeping which happens but no opportunity to swap towels! I asked the one housekeeper I saw and front desk!! They said we could wash our two towels ourself in the laundry room (free) and gave me a soap sheet! Never in all my years of travel have I ever had 2 towels total and no opportunity to get fresh ones!! The room was clean but dated and mold on ceiling and in shower ceiling. There is a $20 resort fee and I guess that covered parking, 2 sad thin pool towels and bikes if you wanted them. I’m sorry based on towels alone I would not come back.
