"Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

"We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. "Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great."

"I have stayed here a few times and would recommend it if you are looking to stay in a quiet part of the Clearwater Beach on the North end. It is 4 blocks from where the action starts. The pool is small but nice. The beach is steps from the hotel. There are 2 restaurants within a couple minutes away."
