I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean. The food is great. The property is beautiful. However, there's nowhere to walk to. You are totally isolated outside of the loop.

Lovely oasis in Ballsbridge area of Dublin. Lots of traffic in Dublin, so it took 20-30 minutes to get anywhere near Dublin City center, but Ubers and taxis were plentiful. The spa services and pool area were amazing and unique, and a welcome respite from all the walking and cold weather. Food was good. Service was friendly and attentive, and Afternoon Tea was fabulous.

Amazing hotel with fantastic service, only a short car ride or walk from the city attractions. The service at this hotel is fantastic. You certainly get what you pay for. The gym and spa is so peaceful.

Luxury Comfort

Lovely hotel and well kept! This used to be a Four Seasons and you can tell. Great fitness center and the hotel is close to several walkable restaurants and pubs. This is not in the heart of the Temple party area but only 4 miles and the large rooms are worth the location. Very safe and great service.

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms are a generous size, the beds are super comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and ate several dinners at the hotel restaurant. The location is convenient and it was nice to be near, but not right in the city downtown center. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!

The service was definitely not on par. We had a few hick ups. First you step out of the staffs way, not the other way around (we were there for 5 days). The breakfast is mediocre. The bed is a little too soft for my husband but didn't bother me. We had ordered to use their shuttle but instead of booking it for us they ordered two taxis, which we had to pay for one (fine, but bad service). And so bad but their TP you could use as a note pad. We had to buy outside, even my daughter who visited us from UCD commented how it was so bad. No I wouldn't stay there again as a 5*. I have a feeling they get away with it being near the US embassy.
