This is a very basic hotel that is not worth the money. They do not even give you water to drink, there is no room service option and the elevators were broken and had to use the service elevators the whole time. AND IT was $300 a night.

No heat—in Rochester, in late October, (low today was 42) because it was explained the owner had decided not to turn the heat on. This was not disclosed, and the refused to give me my money back. Place is a mess—elevators don’t work, water is cold. I want my money back.

My experience at the Wyndham was terrible. I arrived ontime for my 3pm check in. Myself, and other guests, had to wait FIVE HOURS rooms to be ready. The environment around the hotel was dirty and unsafe. Inside the hotel the main elevator was broken, forcing the use of the filthy service elevator. My room was 62 degrees and staff could not do anything to help me. When a refund or discount was mentioned to the hotel, they were unhelpful and nasty towards me. I left after one night and would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.
