"If you’re going to Palm Springs this is the place to stay. It is a beautiful hotel with lots of nice little touches. The breakfast is grab and go and is filled with lots of goodies. The pool area is clean, quiet and there is shuffle board and an ice cream cart. Thank you for the welcome beads and the choc fortune cookie on departure. We loved how close the hotel is to all the shops and restaurants. Would def stay here again. "

The stairs were awful - didn't realize there is no elevator at this hotel - next time will book for first floor only - by the end of the stay, my knees were squawking. The room was nice, but the lighting was bad - even the light over the bathroom mirror was bad. "The property is not well maintained. Shower dirty, water is scalding hot or lukewarm, rust spots in tub and it doesn't drain properly. Toilets are not clean looking because they are stained, walls need repair & paint. Outside property there is no signage for the water pools, concrete worn, pavers cracked in many areas. There is also a trailer on the property by the pools where someone lives making it appear like a "poor neighborhood" and not a resort. "
