"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for...

"Quel bel hôtel, super bien situé près de la gare MS Novella et du centre historique. Si vous avez le soucis de l’éco-voyage, c’est pour vous. Le resto sur place pour le petit-dej et le dîner est excellent. 2 petits problèmes : le drain de douche bloqué qui a été rapidement réparé lors du signalement et le ménage qui n’a juste pas été fait l’une des journées où nous y étions (sur 3 nuits). Super belle vibe !"

"We only had a one night stay at Villa Agape, but wish we could have stayed longer. The gardens are beautiful. Such a peaceful haven out the crowds and hustle bustle in Florence, but with easy proximity to the major sites and museums. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit."

"Beautiful old hotel, excellent front desk staff, good breakfast buffet, large rooms, huge bathroom, views. Very convenient to major shopping and attractions. Very clean. They do have an elevator but you still have to navigate stairs to get to it and then depending on which floor you are placed on so if you have a disability be certain to let them know you cannot do stairs. Only downside we saw to this hotel was the streets surrounding it are very busy and noisy even during low tourist season....
