"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. "The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! I would also like to thank Rina and Graziella that where very helpful when we needed to know where to go to eat some traditional Sardinian food! Frank."

"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...

"Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia. "The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. After examining the bites we feared it was bed bugs so we stripped the beds down to the mattress and with the flashlights on our phones we discovered tiny bugs crawling. We reported it to reception and they replaced the mattresses but did not acknowledge there were bed bugs. Also when we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and had to replace the tank the next day. The rooms were serviced daily. "
