“All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good……

“I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street. ”

“We enjoyed our stay immensely! Villa & grounds were absolutely beautiful! Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! “I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.”

“The Couples Tower Isle Resort is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. We enjoyed the food, the amenities, the entertainment and Tower Isle! Our first experience in the nude…and there was NOTHING to be embarrassed or shy about! The other guests, staff and bartender made us feel comfortable being in our skin. My husband purchased a dinner on the Isle for our 32nd Anniversary and it was AMAZING!! The food was delicious and plentiful, the chef made each course perfect, our waitress was very attentive……

“It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! “Property owened took my money....BEWARE!!!I showed up to this beautiful gated community to be advised that they dont have my name for check-in. I contacted the phone number given thru the reservation-the answering machine said to contact thru whatsapp which I did but all my messages went unanswered however I can see that my messages were seen. I have contacted expedia who has to contact the owner to confirm that I wasnt allowed entry...that happened a week ago and no response yet. IF YOU BOOK……

“We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. Hotels.com was nice enough to give us a voucher for our……
