“Staff was awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were not kept up. they had a sign saying daily refresh with a full clean after 5 days. That would have been fine for us, but we had to keep asking for things as it wasn't done properly. For example we asked for the garbage to be taken out, when we came back to the room we had fresh towels and overflowing garbage. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Not the end of the world but could have been a bit better.”

“The property is in Kitimat which is set in stunning scenery. the town itself is very industrialised and typical small-town Canada but interesting as it was a planned settlement from the start and has some nice parks and gardens. Two downers:- It's very hard to get there by anything other than a car or taxi and apart and marvel at the scenery (it really was stunning) there isn't that much to do when you get there.”

“The cabin was immaculate and we felt comfortable immediately. The staff were amazing and very helpful - even filling a low tire for us!! The scenery was breath taking; the lights at night made it feel magical. Our stay was not very long (only one night) but we enjoyed our time very much and look forward to visiting again in the future!! ”
