"The hotel is been in the process of remodeling , and they still need to fix water pressure on showers, fix the outside they need to care for green areas , also some rooms still have older A/C that make to much noice , this hotel has so much potential is located in a good area close to many restaurants a stores … is under new management I will give them more time to finish and then I will give you all my honest review!! "I was concerned about staying at this property after reading other reviews. But after spending two nights at this property, my concerns were washed away. This hotel is the best place that I have stayed in San Felipe. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s on a very quit beach. We enjoyed a quiet evening picking up sea shells with only four other people on the beach. Quiet at night for sleeping. I will be staying here again for my annual trip to San Felipe. "
