“The hotel is very very close to the metro station and it is very convenient to go to many places. The buffet breakfast is very good. However, it’s buffet dinner is soso.”

“Worst hotel ever. We have paid the price in advance but the reception told us we haven’t paid for the hotel and asked us to pay again. Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. “ This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice. I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight. It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby. I ask the reception to get an……

“由於抵達時間已近晚上十點，而且近十多人同時抵達。櫃檯人員迅速且體貼協助辦理入住手續。所在地距離查理大橋，鏈橋，老城都算近，附近也有換錢所，是個不錯的居住點。飯店的餐廳牛排品質很好，價格也不特別高，是不錯的選擇。 ”

“Very good and the price is o.k. It is about 45 min. go to the airport. Buy one day ticket 110Kc and it can use in bus and under ground train. bus no. 119 from airport to Nadrazi Veleslavin station (green line) and change to red line at Muzeum station. Then go one more station to I.P. Pavlova, then walk 5 min. to the hotel.”

“近地鐵站 方便搭車.. 員工很有耐心很詳細介紹布拉格附近的所有設施 搭的士去火車站時更幫忙搬行李上車”

“房間內部蠻不錯的，一樓大廳也還可以，唯一的缺點是該樓層出電梯到房間那段外面走廊很髒，可以改進(都是腳印痕)”

“房间很大，而且有三角浴缸。房间里空调制冷能力太差，而且经常跳闸，晚上完全不能用。但是地段非常好，出门就是地铁站。走到城堡上面，查理大桥或者老城广场都在20分钟以内。所有景点基本用走的就都到了。”

“受新冠疫情影響，不能入境不能退款，我這次歐洲蜜月之旅，預訂5間酒店，其他酒店都因為疫情無條件全數退款，唯獨這間不能退款又不建議其他方法，令我付出的白白流走，我覺得做法不人道，日後有機會遊捷克都唔會令我再入住這間。對捷克的感覺也差了。”

“The soundproof of the room is terrible. You can hear anything from your neighbor rooms, even just a talking voice. And according to the page, parking is free, but actually it's only free for 2 hours, that's deception.”
