Outdated and falling apart
The location is Amazing! Accessibility to the water is totally worth it! We had stayed in a unit last year and knew we would be back. However, we were unaware that each unit is separate and maintained by separate individuals. Not all rooms are updated and safe. Our unit was unable to lock from the inside. My small children could walk out at any given time as there was no deadbolt at the top of the door. It was safe from anyone entering who did not have the door code. But there was ZERO ability to lock the door once we got inside. The space under the counters are rotting. the oven and stove are not efficient. There are bug carcasses inside the oven face. The dishwasher would come out of its cubby while running. The drawers of the dressers fell out every time we opened them. However, our daughters knew nothing of any discomfort and LOVED our visit. We still had a wonderful time. Truly the location is TOP. The water is shallow and swimmable which keeps my anxiety low with having two kids who love to play in the water. Had we been anywhere else that week the water was off limits due to rip tides. But we were still able to play and enjoy the water.

Great location
This location is great! Kids loved it as beach is not a far walk and also the pool is right there to swim in! This unit is very dated compared to all the other condos in this complex. The oven knob doesn’t work properly, have to keep turning it past the temperatures on the knob, so basically your just kind of guessing what the temp might be. I would guess the oven is the original of the condo, so if wanted better reviews I would get a new one. They told me that they would send a technician out to look at the oven but that never happened in the 4 or 5 days after they told me that. Also 2 of the 4 patio chairs were in very rough shape. I would recommend replacing those too. I will say the beds were super comfy so that is a plus for this unit!

Great location to see sea turtles and relax
If you’re looking for a fancy, modern condo, this is not what you will want. If you want a clean, comfortable place that serves as home base for your vacation and you’re not overly picky, this does the job. We saw sea turtles every day by climbing the rocks at the jetty’s. The gulf is empty if you’re up for the walk. The location is perfect and for the price you can’t beat it. We came for baseball and were not at the condo much, but we used the grills and they were great and we used the oven and microwave and they worked well. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. The pool wasn’t busy and was well maintained. We had a great time. Thank you!

Blue Swede Shoes Resort Review
Overall this place was okay. It definitely needs to be updated, however. Our soccer team stayed at this same resort, and all of their rooms were amazing and very updated. The bathtub didn't drain well, the cabinet doors in the kitchen were falling off, and we experienced a small amount of ants on the kitchen counter. Also, the sofa seemed very dirty, with visible dirt and stains. We did love the view though, and the location. Also, it was nicely decorated. Needs new flooring (very dirty-feeling carpet) and new faces on the cabinets, and the the drain fixed in tub, and this place would be much nicer.
