Poolside Villas 203 is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo located on one of the quietest and most serene settings in all of Destin. Travel down Gulf Shore Drive on Holiday Isle to find this hidden escape that even few locals know exists. Protected by a secure gated entry on one side and natural dunes on the other. Walk down the dunes to the beach or just a few more steps to the west to see the famous Destin Jetties! Watch boats coming in and out of the Destin Harbor or hang around at sunset to witness the firing of the Buccaneer pirate ships cannons. Poolside Villas are in a prime location for surf fishing and snorkeling.

Totally remodeled, this condo features all new furnishings, stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer. Queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the guest room. This quiet end unit has flanking windows in living room to one side and a balcony that has a beautiful partial view overlooking the harbor. The extra balcony sitting out front adds great room for your beach items during your stay, or just enjoy sitting out front with a drink and enjoying the view.

The Poolside Villas complex has a large communal pool and barbecue grills.

Comfortable lodging at a great location!
The views of the boats coming and going were worth the price of admission! Great location! Very comfortable unit. I’d come back in a heartbeat. I suggest you install a lock bolt on entrance door and do something about the shower door handle in the hallway bathroom. The pipe insulation around the handle was disappointing.

FALSE ADVERTISING
RENTERS BEWARE! When you read on VRBO that a package saying "daily deep sea fishing for one" is included in your stay, and it sounds too good to be true, have the proof in your hands before you travel over 1,000 miles by car there and back to enjoy what they advertised! Upon arriving at the property, there was no information, no email, no paperwork-nothing providing the details. I called the management-.no response. I called again on the last day of my stay to tell them how disappointed that they never fulfilled their promise. After voicing my dissatisfaction, the management refunded me $100 "to cover the cost" of the value of the whole price of the ammenities-daily deep see fishing, excursions, a swim with the dolphins, etc. I am so dissappointed a mistake on their part supersedes an honest admission of a mistake and steps to rectify their mistakes other than $100 on their part. VRBO did nothing either to help me either I could have chosen any other property in Destin but I wanted my kids to have fun. Read all their reviews…I didn’t and I paid the price.

Overall the condo was great! Convenient location to area attractions. Living room furniture was a little worn but everything else was very nice. The beach was beautiful and not a bad walk.

Great location
The property is in a fantastic location, quiet and close to everything. The beach is beautiful and the pool is the perfect temperature. The place is a bit dated in the furniture and rugs. Also needs more hanging ability in the bathrooms and the place needs a deep clean. Appreciate the washer and dryer.

Great short stay
So nice to see the water from the kitchen window. Space was super cute and perfect for our short 3 night stay. Had a plumbing issue that was quickly resolved and we weren’t disrupted by it.

203 Poolside Villa
There was sand all over the floors when we got there. We cleaned it up as best we could. The rugs were past due for a cleaning. Poor lighting in the kitchen, and the light over the range was burnt out. The sliding glass door to the master bedroom would not lock and the brackets for the towel rack in the master bath were too far apart making the rod fall. The lock, towel rack, and light were fixed 2 days after we reported them. The main bathroom’s toilet would not fill up, and it was running, but we turned the valve off and reported it. It was never fixed. It was a much longer walk to the Gulf then we expected but it was a beautiful area.

Perfect Unit
We stayed before in a unit facing the pool, and I was sceptic about this one. Honestly, it was much better than the one with pool view. We never actually had a privacy with the pool view, because there was always someone at the pool or on the balconies in other units. This unit faced parking lot and it was super relaxing to get a coffee in the morning and a breakfast on the balcony. Super private. We also loved the unit and how clean it was. It was just a perfect place to stay! Thank you for everything. P.s. Sand chairs are in the second bedroom's closet!

Short stay
This unit was very nice and clean. Pack light as you will walk a ways to get to the beach but if your ok with relaxing by the inlet side it’s not as bad of a walk. Lots of things to see and do. Short distances to great eating and shopping.
