Check in took a little bit due to the front person cleaning rooms and having to take care of the front, she was really nice though. It smelled strongly like cigarette. Elevators didn’t work. There was electrical tape holding some furniture together. I also saw a small roach when we left. Do not recommend.

The price that I paid for the room , only to be highly disappointed. I bought this to the front Desk attention only to to brushed off , even had pictures to show the the issues. They didn’t even to attempt to make it right.

We made a reservation for a 1 night stay and when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon we were informed we were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of commission, I inquired about a first floor room and there were none so yes I guess we had the option to go somewhere else but on a Saturday afternoon in Destin Florida rooms are not available and the staff knew the elevator was out when I booked the room 2 days prior since it was a scheduled repair. My wife and I are both 65 years of age, I have a back problem and she has a heart condition, no assistance was offered

When arriving there, the elevator was not working. My room was dirty. Floor had urine stains in the restaurant. The pool wasn't working ice machine wasn't working. There were no kitchen utensils in our room and the manager did not accommodate any. Theme for our loss on my baby's birthday vacation.

This place is old and dirty. First they put us in a room they knew the lock was falling off and they ac did not work. The lady at the front desk told us they knew the lock was broken because she had a work order in for it. They gave us keys to 3 rooms on the 3rd floor to look at all nasty and hot. She gave us 3 keys to look at rooms on the 2nd floor and only 1 key worked. She was going to reload the keys and told her I wasn’t going back to the 2nd floor what did she have on the first floor. She then gave us a key for a room on the bottom floor and we told her we would take it. At this point we had been trying to find a clean and cool room for a hour. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there much less stay here again. If I could have found another place to stay I would have.

The room we was given was not cleaned at all. A cpuple left rigjt when we arrived cause the 3rd floor smelled like weed. That should have been a red flag right there. They assigned us another room and the key didnt work, so we had to go back to the front desk and get them to reissued us a key card. I'll never go back again.

This place was a pig sty. I cannot believe it is a functioning hotel. Let me start with the dirtiness in hallways, the staircase, the elevator, the room, all of it was filthy. There was garbage everywhere. The walls were gross. Dirty, nasty handprints in hallways and elevators along with unknown splashes of mystery liquids. Like a horror film, really. Our room was like it had never been cleaned. We wore shoes the whole time. We ended up buying cleaning products and doing a deep clean ourselves. The grime and the stuff we swept up was insane. The fridge was nasty. The counters were greasy and gross. The bathroom was horrible. The carpets were scary. THANKFULLY THERE WERE NO BEDBUGS OR ROACHES!!! Also need to say that not one person came to the room to clean or replace towels or toilet paper in the 2 weeks we were there. We had to ask and a lot of time there was no one at the front desk or they would say they could only spare one. We had 5 people in there including kids. The kids were terrified to step out of the room. There was a night when police showed up because someone had a gun. It was so bad that I thought we were being filmed for some new show like Punked. Some of the people that were staying there were sketchy and there were drug addicts hanging around out front on occasion. The noise at night was ridiculous. People running down the halls. Domestic fights and people banging up against our door one night. Outside people were fighting and yelling. No vacancy elsewhereBTW

This was a terrible experience, it felt and was so dirty, toilet was dirty, napkins shoved in between the door to keep it closed maybe. All the floors were sticky, online said hot breakfast. It was served at 630 I went down at 650 and all that was there was oatmeal packets I asked the employee and he stated well there was muffins and stuff but it’s gone. So they don’t restock, I asked him about it being a hot breakfast he said absolutely not. I coluldnt sleep because of all the noise and people going in and out. It was the WORST experience I’ve encountered this far.

Easy reservations and lovely clerk. The sofa cushions were dirty and arms needed to be dusted and there was crumbs and sand in the piping of the cushions. I put towels in the back of the sofa and in the cushions as I didn’t want to sit in them. And, didn’t want to walk barefoot in the carpet.

It was doable but had my wife been there by herself she wouldnt have felt safe. The first room they put us in the light bulbs were out in all the light fixtures except 1. Then when we were moved to a new room which was a struggle the elevator was broken. All of our stuff I had to carry down the stairs and there were people smoking and drinking in the stairway. I notified the staff and was told we will see what they could do about it but it would be the folowing day. In the end they did nothing. There was a landscaping company that rented alot of the rooms for its employees and they all would get loud and drink all night.... had i know about all of this before hand I would've chosen somplace else.

The ice machine was broken and was told it’s too expensive to repair, the floors were dirty, the breakfast is basically some old granola bars and muffins on a shelf with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Which I didn’t expect much so no big deal. The luggage cart had one broken wheel and the biggest issue I had was that I am terrible allergic to pets and there were so much dog hair floating around the floor it triggered my asthma. Looking under the beds there was so much dirt debris in dog hair it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The place overall is not bad for the price but it just lacks some much needed attention to cleaning and basic maintenance

I stayed here on my first and last days of my trip. Same trash and sticky floors in the common areas. Stayed 5 days apart. Smells like smoke and weed. Never anyone at the front desk. Always have to call for someone to come from the back. Common areas and hallways are extremely dirty. Room setup with tv and couch in both my room were bad. Couldn't watch tv without sitting at a 90deg angle towards the tv. By far one of the worst hotels ive been too in 20 years

Amazing price point for a clean comfortable nonsmoking hotel room with kitchenette very close to the beach. They did NOT charge an upfront damage deposit! Everything worked well except I could not get closed captions on the tv; otherwise, good cable and Wi-Fi.

Good hotel for the price
Staff was great, check in was easy. Room was ok, but front door made noise while opening and closing. Floors cound have been swepped and mopped better.
