One of the Islanders and Holiday Isles most popular rentals!!! Heavenly 6th floor views of Gulf, jetty, harbor, sunsets and fireworks. Numerous upgrades and remodeling in last few years.

UNIT UPDATE : Jan 2024 Brand new sleeper sofa (with plush cool memory mattress), and love seat in living room. Jan 2024, fresh touch up painting throughout. Jan 2023 LG 50 inch Alexa/Smart TV in living area. Mar 2023 new Vizio 40 inch Smart TV in Master br. Mar 2023, Luxury Sealy Posturepedic Spring Bloom (5 star reviews) mattress in Master br.
This platinum unit is what a beach side condo should look like!
Be one of the first to enjoy this recently updated condo. Newly remodeled (2022) master bath featuring walk-in shower with white subway tile all around, sliding glass barn doors, full sized, double vanity with quartz counter and new tile flooring. Updated kitchen (2019) includes all stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, white shaker cabinets and new backsplash. The kitchen also has a newly added Keurig coffeemaker. Installed plank flooring (2017) throughout. Updated master bedroom furniture (2018). New luxury Sealy Posturepedic Spring Bloom, 5 star king mattress (2023). Remodeled guest bath (2019). New dining room set (2019), with bench seating and four chairs. Sleeper sofa, love seat and leather rocker/recliner in living area (2018). Ceiling fans in dining area, guest br and master br (2020). Fresh coat of paint (2020),brightened up the unit. Second bedroom offers two twin beds. Our sixth floor condo (million dollar views) accommodates up to 6 people in comfort. Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Recent upgrades (including; a 50”LG Alexa/Smart TV (2023) and DVR and CD player in the living room; a 40 inch Vizio Smart TV in the master bedroom; new bedding and a 26” HD/TV in the guest bedroom; plantation shutters in both bedrooms and the kitchen. New lamps and new pictures and art décor throughout. All linens are provided including: sofa bed sheets; blankets and pillows, changed out three times a week; plenty of bath towels; and 6 beach towels. In addition to Destin Beach being just steps away and having easy access from the Unit to all of the “New Islander’s” fun activities, the views from our private balcony are unbelievably beautiful. There are day and night time “Florida sights” including a view of the beach and boats going to and from Destin Harbor. View a wildlife preserve, a sunset over the gulf 365 days a year. Watch all summer and special event fireworks and the twinkling night lights of Fort Walton Beach from the balcony. March - October short term renters receive one free beach set up daily. (One umbrella and two chairs)

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Good beach access and includes 1 umbrella/ 2 chairs. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots/ pans helped out on nights we cooked. TV’s need updated but definitely would stay again

Beautiful Beach Condo.
We had a wonderful stay in this condo for our family vacation. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean and the condo itself was exactly as pictured. In fact, the master bathroom had been upgraded since the pictures when we booked and that was a nice surprise. We had a small problem with the air conditioner on one day and the management had that fixed in less than two hours. The staff at the resort was very friendly and the property was great overall. We will definitely be working here again

We loved staying here! The condo was completely updated, super clean and very well decorated. The beach was great and only a short walk. Alan the beach attendant was nice. The location was great. Went to Harbor Village and Crab Island. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location!
The description of the condo was accurate and the location was absolutely perfect for us!! The condo is very well decorated and stocked with all the basic necessities. It was in a central location of everything so not too far away from everything, but far enough away so it wasn’t super busy like some of the other beaches we saw. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for families with children of all ages. Would rent this condo again.
