The lady who checked my son in gave him a hard time becuaee he used a differnet card than i used to reserve. I do this for him everytime nad never had an issue. The room has a very strong air freshener that is overpowering.

The staff was terrible and the facility smelled bad and was dirty. I picked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub and a breakfast…the hot tub was empty and the two hot breakfast options were legitimately rotten

The girl at the front desk, her name was something like Celina, or close to that. She was the most wonderful, kind, and friendly person I have ever encountered at any motel, hotel or other place where it really counts to GREAT customer service. We stayed a total of 3 nights at your property. As we said when we came back for the last night, we stayed at the "worst and are back to the BEST".. I will always stay at the Quality Inn in Des Moines by the airport each and every time I come to Des Moines. I have family in town, and come to Des Moines quite often.

Bed sheets and bath towels had stains on them. Breakfast consisted of round yellow tasteless circles that i assume were eggs. I had booked the room for two nights but plans changed and i wouldn't be able to stay 2nd night. Turned keys in and told desk person that I wouldn't need room for second night. She said "okay, no refund for 2nd night." I would not recommend this hotel at all - not friendly, not clean.

Looks nothing like the photos. No elevators, no hot tub, breakfast is trash. Outlets are lose in the room so they don’t work. Some are missing the covers. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Who ever checked me in was so kind! Who ever answered the phone for my airport shuttle was not. The room was dusty since I checked in. It’s a good place to stay when you need to get to the airport

I could not get towels.. My heat did not work and it was chilly that evening. The staff did not speak good English and was not polite or helpful.. They said it was going to be a hot breakfast the breakfast that was prepared was not considered hot in my eyes!!

It was clean and aesthetically nice, but it was supposed to have a hot tub/spa and they said they shut it down. I specifically picked this motel to use the spa for theraputic reasons and it was not available.

This is a quintessential travel hotel. Reminds me of trips to Europe; clean, efficient, and friendly. It’s not a luxury hotel, it’s priced better for a quick stay. Recommend

Stayed overnight on New Years Eve. Nobody was in the pool so my daughters came up swim and the front desk made it seem like it was an issue. I have stayed at many hotels and have never had an issues having multiple swim. Definitely seemed like not a kid friendly place
