“The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, we were essentially limited to eating from the same resort restaurant for all meals every day we were there. ”

“The housekeeping service often does a half fast job. They do not wipe surfaces or vacuum every time they come to clean. There are questionable white stains all over the couches and a lot of the rooms smell like mildew . The front desk personnel are always very kind and accommodate the best they can. Especially Tia and David. However, Ahmed never knows what he’s doing and there is always an inadequacy during the check in process with him every time. ”

“Most La Quinta I usually go to are beat down and unclean, this facility is well maintained and location is safe and around many shops and restaurants. Staff in the dining for breakfast are very nice, the lady who check me in seems like she was upset with someone/something, her tone was very harsh, the rest of the front desk staffs was nice to approach, overall I had 2 great days, good breakfast and coffee served”

“This hotel was right across from the airport and it was very convenient and affordable for an overnight stay. The business area and lobby were also good areas to work in and the pool area was very nice. In the morning, they had a breakfast buffet but also an area where it could be cooked to order. There isn’t much in the immediate area except the airport but it’s within minutes from downtown west palm beach and a quick Uber ride to many points of interest. The rooms are clean and comfortable……

“Nice property and well maintained. Be prepared to valet your vehicle on weekends. Would be great if they would add a small, enclosed business center for people working remotely as the rooms arent setup to do so functionally.”

“Great staff and service, rooms and elevator could use a little bit of maintenance (toilets, ice machines) and the elevator sounded like it needed maintenance which was our main concern but other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful, the property has great parking, excellent place overall. ”
