So close the PBI & a quick 4-5 minutes Uber from Atlantic Ave where all the fun is. The house had everything you could possibly need to make full blown meals, breakfast lunch dinner & dessert. "The house is cute with a lot of nice details. We enjoyed our stay but wanted to communicate a few things for people renting in the future. Currently there are homeless camped in the empty lot next door. It appears they've been for a long time as they're set up with a trailer that's falling apart. In the evening there was fighting. It isn't a rental I'd recommend unless in a pinch."

"Great spot at a reasonable price. Short drive to the beach and downtown. Place was clean and owners provided nice amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. pool very nice and relaxing. Was worried somewhat about road noise but with the beautiful vegetation around the yard you could not hear any traffic."

"House is clean and more than adequate. Not much extra in terms of bed linens. Communication was very good. The backyard and furniture out there could be replaced."

"Highland Park was just perfect for our five-day stay in Delray. It was clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything. A lovely welcome basket filled with treats and enough coffee to get us started was a nice touch. Management was quick to respond to questions. Had a little trouble with the TV (which, honestly, we didn't need much), but it was NCAA basketball season and we were unable to tune into the games. That said, we will be back and are already working on our dates for next year!"

The kids enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every evening, watching sports. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for the family. Having spices on hand was perfect! We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained.
