Private apartment in a cottage located in the heart of Delray Beach! Kitchen is equipped with anything one might need or want to cook a full dinner in comfort of your own vacation place. The cottage features two bedrooms with a queen size bed in a master bedroom, one full and a twin in the guest bedroom. Some cottages have a couch that turns into either two single beds or one queen bed. Every cottage is equipped with outdoor space featuring table, chairs and a private grill. The property is in a lush green setting that will make you feel like you are in a garden rather then only minutes away from Down Town. If you decide to bring a pet we do have a fully gated park/dog run on the property.
If you do wish to venture out, the famous Atlantic Ave is within walking distance. Atlantic Ave. with fabulous restaurants, bars and night life, shopping, art galleries, tennis courts, tours, etc. The beach is just a short walk from Atlantic Ave.

Great hideaway for relaxation and fun!
A dreamy bungalow perfect for getting away from it all, close enough to Delray to be part of all the fun and festivities, and just a drop off the beaten path to be private, and an oasis of calm. The property manager is great and very communicative. Highly recommend!!

Lighting needs improvement. It got very cool and the heater did not do much. You need a heater with a fan. The property served the purpose to visit elderly parents.

Needs work
There is great potential with this place, but the work needs to be put on it. It looked clean but it wasn’t throughly clean. Mold on the bathroom wall, there was a flying roach in the kitchen, the beds in one of the rooms weren’t very comfortable and some of the lights were not working. However, I made the best of the stay and it was close to the Atlantic Ave, and good distance from the beach.

Wonderful location
We spent 3 weeks here and was very happy with the accommodations. Clean, location was GREAT, loved meeting the other tenants in the centralized court yard. We felt safe, and walked downtown/beach almost every day. Thank you.

We stayed 2 weeks and had a good time. Laura was very responsive. The apt was clean when we got it. We had to buy few more things for tge kitchen for our stay, but in general it was a good value for money. We'll certainly come again.

This property is close to many restaurants and bars with live music, walkable distance. This property could use a little maintenance, the showerhead leaks and in the kitchen the coffee maker could be upgraded to pod use. Our stay here was great overall and we will most likely stay here again.

Too bright security lights out of master bedroom window we put blanket over it and TV channels had limited options. Bring your fire stick. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Little surprised by a few things but a decent economical apartment. Biggest shock was we booked for 5 days and 4 people, we only got 4 bath towels, two wash clothes and one hand towel. I read the book provided by owner the night before we left and apparently you can pay for towel service during your stay. Never seen that in the multiple VRBO I have stayed at. Only had two beach towels, again knowing four guest and the apartment being right by the beach you would think they would provide more. Although it’s not mentioned, some beach accessories would have been great. Hopefully they leave the 3 goggles and boogie board be bought and left in the apartment. No cookie sheets so don’t plan biscuits or cookies during your stay. Neighborhood seems not so great, didn’t have any issues but definitely a little a sketchy.

Great space for a quick visit
This property was a great place for a quick last minute trip to Delray. It was convenient to Atlantic Avenue shops and dining and to Our venue. Not very big but for 4 of us it worked well. Since we were spending most of our time out, we were not too concerned about views or outdoor space. We walked to and from Atlantic Ave and felt safe even late at night.

Première vacances avec notre petite chienne.
Endroit très calme avec de gros arbres et face à un grand parc. Il faut utiliser la voiture pour tout, il n'y a rien de proche. Après un nettoyage complet (interrupteurs électriques, portes et cadres de porte, cuisine et réfrigérateur, salle de bain (présence de moisissures sur le haut des murs) et avoir ramassé des touffes de cheveux au sol) l'appartement était très bien. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a trois airs climatisées de fenêtres, c'est suffisant pour les journées chaudes et des chaufferettes pour les journées plus froides. Il y a aussi un déshumidificateur afin que ce soit confortable. Pour ce qui est du terrain et du parc à chien, tout était bien entretenu. Chaque appartement avait à l'arrière une table extérieure et un BBQ, mais impossible d'en profiter, car il n'y avait pas de chaise. Sur les terrasses entre les bâtiments, il y a deux tables à pique-nique pour 4 appartements. Dans les derniers jours, nous avons aperçu une très grosse bibite (1.5 à 2 pouces de long) sur le comptoir de la cuisine, ça surprend. P.S. : il n'y a pas de changement de serviettes ou de draps durant le séjour (séjour de 20 jours dans notre cas). Ils fournissent qu'un rouleau de papier toilette, 5 serviettes de bain, 2 serviettes de plage, 1 débarbouillette, un linge à vaisselle et 1 éponge à récurer, pour un appartement pouvant accueillir 5 personnes. Il n'y a pas de couverture chaude pour les nuits fraîches.
