"This is a beautifully redone home with lots of space and comfortable furniture. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the home (outstanding) and it was fully stocked with kitchen utensils/dishware/pots and plenty of towels. The gift basket with gourmet coffee and snacks was a nice touch. The lake is beautiful with kayaks available for use and a dock for fishing. Lake Winnemissett has plenty of fish, turtles, and birds for viewing. We had an adult hawk and cranes as our daily visitors. The...

"The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out."

"Our stay here was pleasant and it was nice to be able to walk downtown. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Only a few minor things were bothersome. Road noise was very loud. There was a very unpleasant smell in the house and we couldn't open some windows and others had no screens. Would have been nice to have a few more kitchen staples like sugar, salt etc. Communication with owner was wonderful tho."

"This Vrbo is as pictured. Upon entering, the odor was an old musty smell. The double door entrance is kind of a pain. There was a dead roach on the floor and one in the kitchen sink. The set up was odd. Overall, I’d rate this a 5 out of 10."
