"The carriage house was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Close to grocery store, five minute bike ride. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride around in the Water Color neighborhood and to the beach. Beth was an exceptional host, made sure we had everything we needed and even came to pick us up after our dinner because the trolley had stopped operating for the evening. We enjoyed visiting with Beth and Randy, and meeting Gunner their dog."

"This cottage was amazing! It felt just like home! I loved the front porch and the screened in back porch - so comfortable! The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and easy to get to the things we wanted to do! Owners were so responsive and helpful! Loved it, would definitely stay there again!"

"The place was the perfect location to walk to the beach without being on the beach. The pictures were exactly as the cottage and I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside when we weren't at the beach. The trip was decided at the last minute for my daughter and I and Tiffany responded quickly with precise instructions for access to the cottage. "We loved our stay at 30b!! The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. I spent most of my time relaxing at the plunge pool or on the porch swing. It is a quick and easy walk to Seaside square. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra blankets and towels. Cyndi was awesome with communication too! We will definetly be back!"

"Super place for us and our pup. The only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board was the shower did not drain and the shower valve would not give cool water. We notified the property management and i am sure they will fix. They were very responsive to us, answered the phone every time. We just didn’t want service to come while we were out due to pup. "

"The accommodations were great. The unit was well supplied and a great location. We loved the rooftop deck with views of sunrise and sunset. We had one issue with the battery in the fire alarm and the response and fix was incredibly quick."
