I read the reviews and thought this would be clean. I was sadly mistaken. The property was itself was well kept. The staff was friendly. The room was disgusting. The floors were covered in hair and dead bugs. The sink had toothpaste in it. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily the sheets looked clean. Some remodeling had been started in my room. It was not done well and it was not completed. The bathroom window was open when we got there. Ground level room. We did stay. We didn’t confront the staff. It was late and we just wanted to lay our heads down to sleep. By midnight cigarette smoke was coming in from outside where a man sat and smoked off and on all night. Everything was so bad we chose to brush our teeth that morning, skip our showers and head on out to start the day. So beware of the claims that this hotel is super clean. It was anything but clean.

Where do I start. This property is very worn. There are bits missing from the walls in the elevators, numbers missing from the room numbers. paint on tile, etc, etc. There no lobby and no one on site if you need help (there’s a “no trespassing“ in the lobby window) On top of that I was charged a total of $161 dollars in taxes and “fees”. Stay away

I knew the property wasn't new, so wasn't expecting it to be super upscale, but this place was filthy and if I had had a way to cancel and get my money back when I walked in the door, I would have.

There was not any notice of only one car allowed until after booking, no one was around to talk to about ANYTHING! There was also no notice that the sliding glass door only opened 20 inches and it was a struggle to get it there!!

COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!!! Does not exist anymore.
Terrible, no staff or office on sight, booked hotel room at Daytona beach resort ended up with an old, cheep, seedy timeshare unit that was damp, dark and had 3 large cockroaches and bugs. Couldn't get out soon enough should get a refund! Hotels.com should know what they are listing

This was a stay for 2 nights by 3 guys. The location was very convenient to Main St with a nice view of the beach. The property is old with a few pieces of newer furniture. The kitchen faucet dripped continuously. No bedding was provided for the pull out sofa. There was only 1 bath towel in the room. Luckily we had a couple of beach towels since there is no onsite office. One of the double beds was so tilted that you always felt you would roll out.

Missadvertised and small print got me good!
Outside run down...inside nice but main door hinges were broken off like it was kicked in. Listed for $155 on hotel app yet got stuck with an added $130.00 dollars in fees and could not cancel. This room was sublet and not part of the Inn’s responsibility.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The smell was worse after running the air conditioner. So we opened the doors to get a breeze. After a day or so the balcony door wouldn’t open, something was wrong with the locking mechanism. No hot water the last day and barely any the day before. To top it all off small ants on the counter. It was a dump and isn’t worthy of being on Expedia.
