Superb, little gem hotel. Impeccably clean with modern, well appointed rooms. The bathroom set up was so beautiful that I took a photo in case I redo one at home. Staff is attentive and helpful, and an amazing gym complex right next door. The only thing to note is that, in a suburban area, Sunday night dining options are limited if you don't have a car. I would very definitely stay here whenever I am again in Dallas.

We asked for the room to be cleaned more than once as my husband was working from the room. It was finally cleaned but he had to go find a place to make a zoom call because it took so long. The area was nice but the pool was not accessible because of construction. It would have been nice to be told this before booking. Parking was not the best. If you didn’t valet you had to walk across the street and take an elevator to the garage that cost $21 a day. I would pick a different hotel next time.

I absolutely love this hotel, the staff is amazing. This hotel gives you a luxurious experience that isn’t stuffy, you feel like family. Lance is the absolute best! He was very accommodating, and provided 5 star service. I definitely recommend this property!! 10 out of 10

We found this property by happenstance and booked a corner suite for our 8th wedding anniversary. The accommodations were stylish and the lobby was lovely. The hotel was situated in The Village and there was tons of green space and fun things to do if you had kids or pets. For us celebrating an anniversary we still were able to have a quiet evening together and enjoy each other’s company. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be retuning.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Alex and Lance. Wine and bottled water were free. Each of us were given a robe to use. Hotel provided soaps. Beds were comfortable. Downside was the area in walking distance was vacant. Food nearby and at hotel was okay. Pool area was not easy to access from hotel. We had to go out and in to get to it through the front doors of the hotel. Alex brought us free wine to the hot tub and lance brought free wine to the room. We would stay again.

By far our best stay in Dallas! Great hotel all around. Beginning with the check in, greeted by friendly staff and valet. Our room was on the fifth floor and was easily accessible by two elevators using room key giving an extra sense of security. The room was very spacious, clean, and full of all if not extra amenities. Comfortable bed and great walk in shower with both his and hers bathroom. Great dining options just steps away from the hotel, which is very well lit and safe location. My wife and I dined at the Meridian and were not disappointed. We came for Dallas market and this was a great stay to relax and unwind after our busy days. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends and family!

Very nice hotel, but above a nightclub
The hotel is extremely nice and clean. Unfortunately we found out the hard way that there is a nightclub below it, playing music until 2 am on a Thursday night. So make sure the night club will be closed if you plan on going to sleep before they close for the night.

Where's the beef?
The hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly. The rooms are very nice. Having said that, I am unhappy that I paid a premium price and still had to pay a LOT for a mediocre breakfast.
