Mountain View Cabin – Located in the heart of Dahlonega’s Wine Country

Nestled on 8 acres a few miles north of town, The Barn is perfect for small families or a romantic getaway. Situated adjacent to Three Sisters Mountain in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it's just minutes from all of the fun stuff in and around Dahlonega.

Whether it’s fireflies in the summertime, colorful foliage in the fall, fireside stargazing in the winter or the springtime bloom, you have all the makings of a great vacation right here, no matter the season! Curl up next to the cozy gas log fireplace or take in the incredible mountain views on the balcony. Make snacks for the kids or prepare a celebratory meal to mark a special occasion in the spacious kitchen.

Inside you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed. There are also 2 rollaway single beds that can be set up anywhere you’d like. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, family room with TV, gas log fireplace, balcony, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The Barn comes stocked with all of the essentials including linens, towels, soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, cookware, dining ware, coffee maker (with free coffee, creamer and sugar), outdoor BBQ grill, free WiFi, TV and variety of games to play.

Step outside and enjoy the firepit overlooking the mountains. The property borders 2,000+ acres of national forest to explore. Nearby activities include Wineries, Dahlonega Square, Gold Mines, Waterfalls, River Rafting/Tubing, Scenic Drives, Hiking, Biking, Off-Roading, Fishing, Kayaking, spelunking and more.

Beautiful Cabin
Our stay at the cabin was fantastic! We were a wedding party who rented the "big house" as well as the cabin. The groomsmen got ready for the wedding in the cabin while the bridesmaids used the big house. The cabin was large and roomy, and the hosts provided coffee and snacks, which is always a nice treat. The cabin is well equipped and the views are fantastic. The cabin does seem much larger in person than it does in photos. The hosts were so polite and easy to communicate with. We can not wait to make our trip to Dahlonega an annual trip and make more memories in the cabin.

Peaceful retreat
We very much enjoyed spending our 7th wedding anniversary at the Barn. It was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. The views are million dollar. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and watched the deer come out in the open area below the balcony for breakfast. The evening stars were so bright! The Barn was a perfect peaceful retreat.

Great weekend!

Gorgeous barn
We spent so much time sitting on the porch admiring the Mountain View and roasting s’mores in the fire pit. We also enjoyed watching the family of deer in the evenings. We will definitely be back and will be recommended this property to all our friends back home.

Our stay at the barn was great! We were there in Dahlonega for our daughter's wedding. We had a super bad storm the last night we were there and lost power. The owners brought us a generator and fans. They went above and beyond. We will be going back in the fall.

Great sister weekend at the Barn!
Getting to The Barn was pretty easy. Paved road up the mountain/hill. Such a cute barn with the accommodations on 2nd floor. Beautiful hardwood floors, top amenities, water pressure was great! Best of all the view on the covered deck we spent a lot of time there. Breathtaking vista! Me and my sister ended up 1st night not going out for dinner. Amazing we could do door dash. From Hibachi place that was yummy! I would so come back to the Barn! It’s so cute! Thank you to the owners for making it such a special place!
