I would absolutely stay at Anio again. The hotel is clean and new. The pool and breakfast are amazing. They have a free shuttle into the old town or to the beach. When we decided to take a grab to the old town instead it was under $2. Because it’s not right in the old town it was nice and quiet. The employees at Anio are all so helpful and kind. Snow, Dolphin, Phoebe were all especially welcoming. They also offer private transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend.

Hotel was great! Staff were even better. The room has some wear and tear but so minor it didn't impact our stay. The staff really try to create a memorable stay for you. Thank you to all of them for being so great and making our last few days in Vietnam unforgettable!

Staff were amazing at this property. Very helpful, friendly and eager to ensure you were taken care of. From check in we had a thorough introduction to the local area and recommendations for places to visit. Very useful was a transfer service to the main town area which is otherwise a 20 minute walk or a roughly 50k VND taxi. Sadly a few things about the property we didn’t like. Firstly it didn’t appear well sound insulated. You could hear the maid trolleys in the corridor. And secondly, the shower setup was not ideal. The shower was a rain head above the bath in its own cubicle. However with steps up to the bath and nothings to stop the water from splashing onto the steps you had to be very careful getting in and out. If you’re slightly infirm I would take a look at the room pictures and make an informed choice. However the rest of the amenities in the room were very good. Particularly the air conditioning which was excellent and when used with the ceiling fan it kept the room nicely cool. Overall I would recommend this hotel and consider staying again.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady who checked us in and out. We were given lots of great recommendations from where to eat to tailors shoemakers and sights to visit. The pool is clean with plenty of towels. The whole facility is very well cared for and staff very helpful.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff
A family of 4, we enjoyed a superb stay in Hoi An at the Anio Boutique hotel. From the moment of arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. They are so genuine in their desire to ensure your stay goes as well as possible and everyone who worked there was a real credit to the hotel. The family room with 2 doubles was nice and spacious and the bathroom was big too. Breakfast was a real delight with 5 banks of food from pastries, fruit, asian cusine, western cuisine and an egg chef too. We ate at the restaurant too and can recommend the good quality and wide selection on the menu. Pool was also good, never too busy. Theres also a free bus service to and from Hoi An and An Bang beach. We used this a couple of times but it's a 40 dong taxi ride back so no issue if you dont want to stick to the timetable. All in all, we could not have been happier and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base from which to discover Hoi An and nearby areas.

This hotel is aan 11 out of 10. The staff couldnt be nicer a d more accomodating. The room was beautiful overlooking the pool with a balcony.we had dinner at restaurant and great selection and service. They gave us a late checkout since our flight wasn't till the evening. Amazing breakfast which was included in the price. Overall, great value for this hotel

We had an amazing stay at Anio - the staff weee so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and we absolutely loved our time by the pool. We were able to walk most places and on occasion utilised the shuttle or a taxi. We are a family of four from Australia and I have no hesitation in recommending Anio for your stay in Hoi An.

Cute boutique hotel that was great value for the money. Conveniently located between the old town and the beach for us to go running on the rice fields early in the morning. And then we used the hotel shuttle or a Grab to get where we wanted during the day.

We booked pre covid expecting a relaxing holiday at a nice spa hotel but when we finally made it we were so disappointed. It was extremely NOISY! Children running up and down the hallway day and night; people shouting at each other even though they are in the same room; constant knocking on doors and shouting at family members and doors being left open setting off the alarms which were ignored! This would start any time between 5-6am and continued all day until 11-12pm. Pool areas were full of children running around screaming and shouting. Spa only provided massages (which were very good) but none of the other services were available (manicures, pedicures, facials etc) which we didn't find out until after we had booked in. We know of several people who booked out early and went elsewhere because of the noise. We would have done the same but we would have lost our credits and couldn’t afford to go to another hotel. Also, we didn't know if the next hotel would have the same noise problem. The staff were lovely and tried their hardest to make things better but it was a lost cause.

Nicely designed boutique hotel.
Hotel with nice design, beautiful rooms and pool area. Could use some smaller maintance work to be in a better condition. Wasn't too happy with the breakfast the first 2 days when the buffet was closed (I guess because of low occupancy) but for the last day they when they were serving buffet aggain it was fine. We got upgraded and they did a honeymoon set up for us, which was highly appreciated. Overall a good stay and I would definitely consider staying there again if visiting Hoi An.

The reservations dept marred our experience from the get-go when 2 days before the trip they sent a casual, unprofessional email to say they could not welcome us, wrongly assuming we were from the country the coronavirus was first detected. After frantic - and not inexpensive - calls to a efficient and empathetic hotels.com customer service line we got it sorted tho the recovery was still far from satisfactory. The service at the hotel itself was sincere and welcoming - a different team from the reservations team - and we were upgraded when we remarked on the musty smell of the original room. The bathroom design is flawed and the floor outside the shower/bath area ends up wet no matter how ‘gently’ you shower.

Normally I don't do reviews unless I find a place exceptional. I would like to start by saying I had originally booked 3 nights then extended 2 nights, then extended 3 nights then another 2 nights. Hence, a total of 10 nights. That's how much we love the experience of this hotel. We normally like to stay in few hotels & had explored other options but everything is just perfect at Anio that we couldn't be bothered to risk being disappointed staying elsewhere. Everything from the look & feel & spaciousness to the quality of the room & service is excellent. The breakfast is at par with a 5 star hotel if not better as with the friendly staff and service. I had noticed that no request is too difficult & the staff are happy to do it. All the staff from reception to restaurant staff & housekeeping are friendly & helpful. I would like to especially commend the following staff:- Guest relations - Simon & Vin Restaurant - David, Gin, Vin , Guan (?) & executive chef Duc Trung The bell boy who opens the door. The hotel is a new hotel conveniently located to the old town, beach & best of all the nearby rice paddies & spas. I highly recommended & will definitely book with Anio again. Like I said, I only write reviews for exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful hospitable stay & service.
