"The property was clean, modern and spacious. The staff was friendly, and the location was walkable to the convention center and Broadway. I did not like the online check in process. Having to send pictures of my driver's license was invasive and makes me feel open to identity theft. In addition, the apartment did not have any closets or hangers. "It’s the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever lived in, the staff are amazingly friendly, they have a number to text, you can ask for service and help with them. The drain of the tub was clogged, I texted them and the super was sent immediately to fix it. You can store your luggage before checkin and after checkout when you enjoy the city. The breakfast is served between 6:30am and 9:30am, the place is clean and grand, the breakfast is yummy too."
