Dream vacation…Villa Pinel is the perfect spot!
This is the most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in! It was the perfect location and setup for our group’s (three couples) winter getaway. The property was impeccably clean and felt very safe. We were So sad to leave! The kitchen was amazingly stocked, the heated pool and outdoor space was a dream, and Véronique is the best host ever! Her communication and recommendations were top notch…no disappointments! This house is a 10 minute drive to the amazing restaurants in Grand Case and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in Orient Bay! We loved kayaking to Pinel Island and the sand bar, and had a great place to hike and watch the sunrise within a few minutes walk. We also highly recommend having the massages at the house- and spending a day at Bikini Beach- Véronique makes it all so easy! We would 100% return to Villa Pinel, we fell in love with this beautiful island and Veronique’s kindness and hospitality.

Gorgeous Villa on a Breathtaking Island
I've stayed at many Vrbo rentals, but Villa Pinel was one of the best. With plenty of room and privacy for all, it's well equipped with beach towels, pool floats, and a stocked kitchen. The pool was recently redone and it's beautiful with a stunning view of daily sunrises and boats. The Cul-de-sac area is quiet, but not far from grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and pretty much anything else you want to do. One note is the mosquitoes, but they're part of island life so just pack bug spray. Veronique is a top notch host. From booking to our arrival home, she was in touch with us the whole time and answered any questions we had promptly. Incredibly kind and an island expert, Veronique provided great suggestions on activities, restaurants and even offered to make reservations on our behalf. She was very generous in stocking items in the villa for us before we arrived. For activities I highly recommend a day trip to Pinel island. We took the ferry, but it was quick and the boats depart every 30 mins. On Pinel I would suggest chair service and splurging on the fresh caught lobster at one of the restaurants. From the villa you can walk to Grand Cayes beach. I would also recommend Cupecoy beach with its rocks/cliffs, Villa Royale restaurant in Grand Case and Toppers Rhum distillery. We also had Chef Franck cater brunch where we thoroughly enjoyed watching him at his craft and were gifted with a delicious meal. I would definitely come back to St Martin and stay at Villa Pinel.

Everything we expected… and more.
We take a few vacations a year, however, only a few places had me in tears because we were leaving. Villa Pinel is an absolute dream. The house was amazing, and the views were stunning. Veronique was so kind, the consummate host. We were hard pressed to find anything to ask for during our stay – but if we did have questions, she was very quick to help. Outside of groceries and sunscreen, the villa seemed to come with everything we could possibly need. We ended up spending more time at the villa, enjoying the amenities/scenery, than we did off the property. My son loved the pool & the kayaks. My husband loved grilling on the massive patio… I just loved the serenity. Besides not being able to stay longer, my only regret is not following Veronique’s recommendations more. We were last in St. Martin in 2017. Naturally, things have changed. Typically, when we stay at VRBO’s we are mostly left to fend for ourselves. That is what we came prepared to do. This is not the case at Villa Pinel. Veronique sent a thorough list of preferred vendors ahead of time. Her list eliminated any guessing. Everyone she recommended was very friendly, and highly professional. Not to mention we felt extremely safe at Villa Pinel. All of this allowed us to have peace of mind throughout our stay. You are there to make memories with loved ones, not worry about background minutiae. Thank you, Veronique, and Villa Pinel. Our vacation was beyond incredible… somewhere we wouldn’t hesitate to return to one day.

The stay was very nice. Kayaked to Pinel Island twice which turned into fun days. Son paddle board every morning to start out the day. Veronique was there if we needed her. Would go back!

Wonderful stay in Cul de Sac!
Host, Veronique, did everything possible to make our family vacation perfect. The villa is large, nicely laid out and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and the location was ten minutes was the spectacular Orient Bay Beach. We stay at a lot of VRBOs ; this is one of the best.

Villa Pinel has it all: bedrooms are spacious with AC, kitchen with every possible utensil one could need for cooking and eating, beautiful pool and amazing views day and night, housekeeping as needed, clean towels for shower, pool and beach. Easy drive to supermarket, bakery and beaches.

Fabulous Stay!!
We were a group of 8 adults aged 60+ that holiday together yearly. This was a fabulous home. The pictures did not do it justice. The view from the open air home never gets old. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have experienced. And if something was missing it was delivered personally by the owner within minutes!!!! The only thing that guests should be made aware of before booking is that the 4th bedroom does not really have a great shower setup. There is no shower curtain and only a handheld shower so we shared showers with another couple in the master bedroom. Other than that our stay was over the top!!!! Veronique delivers exceptional service and truly cares about her guests and their experience in her beautiful holiday villa!!!

This is the destination
Veronique was a phenomenal host. We took every bit of her advice and were not disappointed. She combines a boutique experience with your own personal concierge. We spent as much, or more, time at the property than doing other things. You truly need only bring your suit and a couple out and about outfits. Very close to Anse Marcel, Grand Case, and Orient Beach, which is where we most often went. Seb provided a phenomenal vehicle with personal service. We invited Chef Frank to create a special meal and he was charming and provided lots of good stories of the island. Wonderful experience. Kayaking to Pinel Island was perfect. Great food and great beaches. Irvine stocked the house before we arrived so we didn't have to run right out. All of these were Veronique's suggestions. The property was exactly as pictured. Even though the houses were in close proximity, the gardens made for complete privacy. I could not think of a better choice for our stay.

Stunning views, convenient location, warm hospitality!
We stayed at Villa Pinel with a group of seven friends and it was perfect. Veronique provided suggestions and contacts for anything and everything we needed. Kayaking over to Pinel Island, short drives to both Orient Beach and Grand Case made this location perfect for us. The only downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. This did not stop us from having a great time, but they were a bit of a Nuisance. Overall incredible experience, we look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed here with our three sons, their partners and our two grandchildren. Véronique was a wonderful host! She provided a lovely assortment of fresh fruit, snacks and beverages upon our arrival. The kayaks, snorkel equipment and beach toys were an added bonus. Housekeeping was provided several times during our 9 day visit.

Incredible Vacation
This was our first time for a week long holiday to Saint Martin and couldn’t have picked a better place than Villa Pinel. Veronique was an amazing host, helping us with everything we needed. The location could not be beat. We loved pool days at the Villa and a couple beach days at Pinel Island and Orient Bay. Groceries and wine were a short drive, and the highlight of our meals was the tuna caught by Veronique’s son. If you’re looking for a place to spend your days in your bathing suit to truly relax in paradise, this is the place for you!

Incredible Paradise
The most memorable vacation we ever had so far. The villa was absolutely amazing it had everything you need. Véronique was fantastic during our entire stay. She came greeted us had a bottle of wine for my birthday and yummy rum when we arrived 🤗. We got fresh fish from her son who is a fisherman on the island. The kayaks were our favorite 😍 we went to Pinel Island 🏝 almost every day and swam, snorkeling on side of Pinel was beautiful. The infinity pool with the view was breathtaking 💕. Beds were super comfy, towels were soft, bathrooms had everything you need from shampoo/conditioner. Villa was super clean and cleaning service came 3 times during our week stay which was great to get fresh dry towels. Pool guy came couple of times and cleaned the pool. The grocery store was very close. We had Chef Franck come and cook us an incredible dinner one night which was an experience you have to do at least once. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay again for sure. You definitely need a rental car to get around the island. Mosquitoes were the only thing that could get annoying so bring/buy bug spray. Everything else was an incredible memory in Paradise 💖 thank you Véronique! We will be back! Lubi, Marek, Adam, another Lubi (who loved your dogs 🐾), Katerina, Jarda and Jacob.

All you need is a bathing suit
Veronique is the best host, you will not want for anything. She says "all you need is a bathing suit" and she means it! Veronique is available almost 24x7 and will make reservations and send you driving maps just to list a few things. While we brought our own food (traveling tip - if visiting from U.S. and you want to cut down on food cost, pack frozen meat in a rolling cooler and bring as your carry-on on plane), the house had a lot of food, beverages, and pantry staples when we got there. There are two fridges which helped our family since we cook and eat-in a lot. The house was clean and housekeeping showed up 3x the week we were there. We used the kayaks one day to Pinel. Anse Marcel beach is very close and we enjoyed our time there the most. The only two things which were different: 1. A/C was only in the bedrooms, not in the main living area and 2. there is only a laundry washing machine, no dryer. Once again, everything is there including a drying rack and clothespins. There are books (english and french), snorkeling gear, beach games and any dish or kitchen utensil you might need. Do not look further, pack your suit and relax at Villa Pinel!! Paradise
Veronique was a fabulous host! She took care of us from check in and all throughout our visit. The house and pool were even better than the pictures. We had two families of four for our visit and the kitchen and all accomodations were great for our families. Using Veronique's recommendation we had Chef Romain come to the house one evening which was wonderful. We also used the provided kayaks to go to Pinel Island for snorkeling and a great lunch. We saw several sea turtles while kayaking to the island and our kids were lucky enough to swim with one while snorkeling. I highly recommend Villa Pinel for the location, fabulous house and pool and for Veronique's help throughout the week. She even had housekeeping come three times during our stay which was a wonderful surprise to get fresh sheets and towels after days at the beach. We loved our time at St Martin! Thanks Veronique!!

This was our second stay at Villa Pinel and had even more enjoyable time. The house accommodated the 7 of us very well, the local hikes & kayaking to Pinel Island most days is why we chose this location which is pretty hard to beat.

Villa Pinel is a spectacular property in a great location. Veronique is an accommodating host. The main room, kitchen, and deck are all open-air and breezy. We only turned the AC on in the bedrooms at night. Very clean and well-stocked. Kayak over to Pinel Island or take the ferry. We'd love to come back!

Great Property on the Ocean
Our family loved the open Bali-style house and pool with a view of Pinel Bay. The house is in a secure area and near a grocery store, a shopping area, and restaurants. We recommend taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island Beach. Also a day at Orient Beach area is a lot of fun. At Orient we rented beach chairs at Kontiki, but there are a lot of nice options. Veronique was super helpful and very attentive. She recommended a rental car company and that worked out very well. Would highly recommend Villa Pinel.

Amazing From Start to Finish
House & experience: gorgeous and contemporary home. Huge clean property. Amazing views. Located 25 mins from the airport. Central to everything we wanted to do. Booking experience was super easy. Veronique had everything ready for us including pre-stocked items. Lots of games in the house to play so you don’t need to bring any with you. We kayaked to Pinel Island from the Villa. Experience of a lifetime. Make sure you do it at least once. Add ons: We booked chef Franck at Véronique’s recommendation. He was amazing and very personable. 10/10. Totally recommend booking him if just for dinner. Do it once. Get a car and make sure it’s a jeep. You’re on a hill. So glad we did. When booking Veronique will help with everything. We spent 3 nights here and every day was a new adventure. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Véronique for the most memorable time.

Highly recommend Villa Pinel!
We loved our stay at Villa Pinel and would definitely stay there again. The owners went above and beyond in providing everything necessary for a perfect stay (including a fridge full of drinks, bug spray, pool floats, kayaks and paddle boards on the beach, hand sanitizer and wipes, masks, etc). The villa was close to some fabulous restaurants and a huge grocery store. Beds were huge and comfortable. Oversized towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels for pool/beach. The house is lovely. Every room has electric blackout shutters and big sliders to allow for an indoor/outdoor feel. Kitchen was fully equipped. Property was very private and gated. We had a very relaxing few days. Only minor negatives: mosquitoes were out in abundance (our sons feet were their main target despite being constantly doused with Deet), and there was a pretty pungent smell outside some of the time from seaweed that comes on shore and rots. Both of these are no fault of the owners and did not detract from our stay.

Wonderful Villa - You will love it!
The Villa Pinel was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. The ocean views were spectacular. We loved the kitchen and living room which could be completely opened to the outside deck to enjoy the views and breezes. The kitchen was stocked with lots of plates, utensils, pots and appliances one might needed. The pool was large and refreshing. There were floats for the pool and lots of beach toys/snorkel gear to use as well. We especially liked the kayaks and paddle boards provided on the beach which we used to paddle over to Pinel Island to a beautiful beach (a must do). The location was safe and quiet with only a 5 minute drive to the supermarket and bakery. Grand Case town is close by with lots of restaurant choices. The host Veronique was the best! She made sure we had everything we needed, including providing local fruit and breakfast essentials for our first day. She made dinner reservations for our anniversary and provided complimentary champagne to celebrate our special day. She truly knows how to make her guests feel welcome. Our family of 5 loved it at Villa Pinel. Thank you Veronique for sharing your beautiful villa with us and for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

Beautiful Villa in great location
This Villa is beautiful and only a short kayak/SUP ride to Pinel Island. Everything from the view, garden access, fresh fish from host’s son to infinity pool is 5 star. My family loved the daily paddle to Pinel island for beach, hiking, iguana sightings and excellent food at Karibuni. It’s only a short drive to Grand Case and Orient Beach. Véronique is an excellent host with local touches in the Villa to enhance the experience.

Simply Paradise
Staying at Villa Pinel was simply a dream! I've travelled many places and this was the most beautiful VRBO I've ever stayed in - pictures do not even do it justice. Veronique is a fantastic host. She was very responsive and gave a great tour. The villa has everything you could ever want - kayaks, canoes, snorkeling gear and the most amazing beach towels! The setting of the house is unbelievable. Every morning, waking up to the beautiful view, followed by a dip in the pool was the best way to wake up. At night, the view is equally as beautiful as the pool lights up and the house has a fantastic breeze throughout. The only recommendation is to bring bug spray. As long as you have bug spray on, the mosquitos are not a problem at all. There are plenty of small touches that make you feel so welcomed - from carefully placed flowers to the extra power converters. The location could not be any more perfect. It is a 10 minute kayak to pinel island which is the best way to spend a spare day. It is also just over the hill from Anse Mercel, another beautiful place to spend a day. I will 100% be back and would recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful Stay
We just returned from a wonderful trip at Villa Pinel. We were 3 families with children and we had a wonderful time at the property. It’s a beautiful, well appointed, well kept house that truly has everything you would need. The views from the terrace and enchanting. The location is perfect, right across from Pinel Island and near Grand Case and Orient beaches. Veronique was just a pleasure to deal with, so helpful, kind, and responsive. We stayed March 2019 and used all 4 bedrooms with our crew. The villa had everything we needed and owner was very responsive. Pool was a nice plus. Close to Orient Beach. Definitely would rent again.

Wonderful vacation at Villa Pinel
Our recent stay at Villa Pinel was a dream. The villa is spectacular, with its awe-inspiring outdoor space and location right on the water. On one fine morning, I paddled with fish, turtles and rays in the crystal clear water in the bay right in front of the villa. We enjoyed numerous kayaks over to Isle Pinel for beach relaxation and culinary indulgence. The fresh Mahi Mahi and Snapper from the owner's son were delicious treats. Veronique is an incredible and gracious host, taking care of everything you might need. The Villa itself is gorgeous and very well appointed. Be prepared for construction activity as homes are being rebuilt at a pretty fast rate every where you turn, which is a wonderful thing to see. The island is rounding the corner of recovery from Hurricane Irma, and people are doing great work on the rebuild. Businesses are bouncing back and there is ample fine dining as the island is known for.

Breathtakingly beautiful spot.
This is an extraordinary place to stay. We had a 10 day stay in Villa Pinel, and from the outset were awestruck by the view and the accommodations. Pros: -Veronique is very prompt to respond and was always helpful with her suggestions and recommendations. -The Villa itself is well designed, with good-sized bedrooms, comfortable beds and a terrific patio. Guests have use of 3 kayaks, which were used daily to paddle in the bay and out to Pinel for snorkeling. -The view looks out onto Petite Clef and Pinel Island, dotted with moored sailboats. You could sit for hours on the patio and never tire of the scenery, or take it in from the beautiful infinity pool. -The Villa is located in Cul de Sac, near markets (such as the well-stocked Cocci market), and Grand Case, which offers up great dining options. Cons: -Having to leave. Staying here, I'd recommend renting a car to get around and it'd otherwise be a good walk to the markets. While some reviews refer to mosquitoes, we found this to be a non-issue, in part because there was a steady gentle ocean breeze. Very highly recommended!

We stayed at Villa Pinel from November 10-14, 2016. Veronique (Owner) was very prompt in returning messages and emails to answer all our concerns and questions. Veronique arranged to have the villa open and someone there to greet us. We found the villa to have everything you could need. (Beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, soap, kitchen utensils, appliances, wifi, sound system etc.) The villa itself is stunning, beautiful views from all the areas of the villa you would expect. The deck wrapped around the infinity pool with beautiful views over the bay. The sleeping arrangements were extremely comfortable the only issue we had is there is only one ‘master bedroom’. The other two bedrooms upstairs are all very beautiful and a good size but they do not have a toilet. They are both equipped with a sink and shower but you have to go out in the hallway to use the toilet. The villa would accommodate 8 adults easily, with lots of room for outdoor dining, lounging around the pool or being in the living room. Car Rental – Although not completely necessary we did rent a SUV for the 4 days. Both Grand Case and Orient Beach are a 10 minute drive away for some of the best dining experiences on the island. We did use the kayaks to paddle over to Pinel Island for the afternoon. The trip over takes about 15 minutes and we brought $50 USD and a camera. The food and drink are a little expensive but well worth it. Overall the villa is 9.5 out of 10. Would we return? Absolutely.

Merveilleux !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Villa Pinel durant une semaine. En revanche, les prestations ne sont pas conformes à la description puisque toutes les petites attentions de Veronique n’y sont pas décrites. Ces attentions commencent bien avant votre arrivée, un accueil tellement chaleureux et des petits conseils ou recommandations discrètes et utiles tous les jours par whatsapp, du jamais vu lors de nos nombreuses locations saisonnières. Un sans faute ! La villa est parfaitement équipée et on ne se lasse pas de cette vue sur la baie. Nous reviendrons sans aucun hésitation !
