"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "We had a great stay at Laura’s apartment. It was super clean, the linens smelled fresh, the kitchen had everything we needed. We traveled with our 2 kids under 8 yr old and having a washer was so helpful. Also appreciate the closed patio where the kids could play and the gated street. The location is a 20-25 min walk downtown to El Llano, centro, botanic garden, etc. Taxis are easy to hail in front, only about 5 USD per trip. We had a few questions once we arrived and hosts were prompt to reply...

"The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "
