las caminadoras eran lentas, había 3. la lberca es lo mejor de todo ! la comida del restaurante malísima y lo que le sigue. el servicio en el restaurante bueno por el personal pero tardado y muy mala la comida. dejamos pasar los 8 desayunos que teníamos incluidos .

Nos alojamos en Casa Francisco con mi esposa e hijos para un fin de semana. Nos gustó mucho la habitación remodelada, se veía moderna y estaba bien equipada con un buen aire acondicionado y una TV que funcionaba perfectamente. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y conveniente. La piscina para niños tenía una temperatura ideal, y el personal que nos recibió en la entrada fue increíblemente servicial, ayudándonos con las maletas con una actitud muy positiva. Sin embargo, tuvimos un par de puntos a mejorar. La limpieza bajo la cama dejaba mucho que desear, encontramos suciedad y una araña muerta, lo cual no fue agradable. Además, al llegar un poco antes del check-in, la atención en recepción fue bastante lenta y poco amigable, lo que dejó una mala primera impresión. En general, la experiencia fue buena, especialmente una vez que pudimos instalarnos.

Siempre nos ha gustado este lugar para ir a Cuernavaca en familia, instalaciones limpias, en buen estado y albercas muy limpias y climatizadas pero esta vez me fue muy mal en el restaurante, el brunch dominical no tiene opciones para niños y el servicio fue muy malo, 45 mins y no pude tener un café, tan simple como eso. Me sirvio para vonocer otras opciones de desayuno en los alrededores, la oportunidad de tomar el brunc o desayuno en el hotel les recomiendo saltársela.

Nos hemos hospedados en varias ocasiones en Casa Francisco y siempre es grato volver. Las instalacione son comodas y amplias, la alberca es comoda para estar en familia sobre todo si llevas niños. Unicamente extrañamos el servicio de buffet el fin de semana, por lo demás sin duda regresaremos.

Me encanto la habitacion ejecutiva, la alberca super calientita y agusto y los juegos de los niños muy padres. La comida del restaurante muy rica solo que el servicio nos toco regular habia que estarles recordando de las bebidas y platillos el primer dia, el segundo dia estuvo mejor, pero la verdad quede super satisfecha.
