The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Old Town Chania so you can get there in a short walk but have the benefit of a quieter neighborhood and still a nice view of the Mediterranean.
The staff here was super attentive, nice and knowledgeble. Breakfast was also amazing and stocked.
They were so good we decided to stay an extra night even though our ferry was delayed and they only had 1 extra room left we snatched it up immediately
Stayed at Hyperion City Hotel. It didn't disappoint.
The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Especially the reception staff. The room.was excellent and the bed seriously comfortable. We were given a complimentary drink on arrival. I would definitely recommend and the only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer.
The sea view from the 5th floor was amazing.
Nice breakfast.
They offer a welcome drink but only one variety premixed. They should include red and white wine too. Over the property is clean and close proximity to bus station
Excellent hotel, walking distance to city centre and very close to the beach.,very good breakfast provided.. room was a generous size very clean and serviced each day.. happy to recommend
Absolutely awesome staff very professional and friendly and always eager to help with anything Hotel was in a great location to everything , thanks to all the staff first class.
Lovely hotel just 2 mins from a local beach and a very good selection of bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Our room 406, had great sea views with a generous balcony. Pool area was well presented and with plenty of shade. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.
This is a nice modern hotel right near the beach and port. We had a view of the water and could walk to old town easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us helpful answers to our tourist questions and were always available. Chania was a charming city that we wish we had one more night at. We would stay here again if we ever make it back.
We highly recommend the Hyperion Hotel for both it's amenities and location. It's just a short walk to numerous restaurants. We only had one complaint. Every 30 seconds the toilet stall/room's light would turn off and you had to wave your arm to turn it on for another 30 seconds and so on. I found it odd that the light in the shower stayed on all the time that the sink lights were on. I can't believe this saves that much electricity and it was annoying.
