"The cabin was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were disappointed in the lack of a usable fireplace and not enough firepits for every cabin to have one. The room was renovated halfway. The bathtub, shower, counters, and sinks were beautiful and new. The cabinetry and especially the refrigerator need to be replaced. The nearby small town was cute and quaint. The walk around DeFuniak Lake was a favorite activity. Everything in the town is closed on Sundays by 2 p.m."

"This house was nicely decorated and equipped, with a great fenced backyard for our dogs with a nice screened porch for the people. Clean, comfortable and located near main restaurant areas and short drive to beaches. Recommended if you are in the area."
