I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. The rooms were reasonably spacious and the food available was good. The staff were friendly and helpful - I particularly mention Eurydice and Nadine.

The experience at Novotel was great. The food service was excellent. However, The people who clean the rooms, stole my New iPhone. I would suggest that next time, the visitors should you them safe in their room to lock their belonging.

Unique et gros point négatif : le service. J'avais réservé une chambre via Hotels.com, l'hôtel a annulé ma réservation pour me faire bénéficier d'un tarif négocié par le groupe dont je faisais partie. A l'arrivée sur place, ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation....Après une heure d'attente pour le check in de 17 personnes, l'agent m'a fait bénéficier d'une suite pour quelques heures histoire de me satisfaire.
